A horrible bleak future has happened upon the world. Any child with magical powers has been taken from their parents, magic has been exposed, and the children with magic have been taken to boot camps to prepare them for war against other countries. The year is 2021, and children are being forced to fight the enemies, killing all who oppose them, it had been happening for almost a decade. Others who are not fit for war are being used as lab experiments. Any parents who come and attempt to find the children will be destroyed, and their children will be tortured before their very eyes.
The Charmed Ones children are no exception to the rule. All of the children were taken and were chipped so they were unable to be sensed or even found by any means by their parents. The children were taken over 10 years ago. War is upon us, the children have grown up and are continuing to fight in different countries, but that's not the only problem. The elemental spirits were awakened by the war and are wreaking havok in the world, causing natural disasters, only certain people are able to control them. The Government grew aware of this and is seeking out those individuals who are able to control elemental spirits to harness their power for war. Will they be able to do it?
