[Casey's jaw drops as total fear storms her face. She hangs up the phone, throwing it down on a side table when...THE DOORBELL CHIMES. Casey leaps out of her skin. She turns to the door as it chimes again.]
CASEY: [calling out]Who's there?
[Another CHIME. She moves to it.]
CASEY: [louder]Who's there?
[No answer. f**k this. It's time for the police. She goes for the portable phone. Just as she picks it up...IT RINGS. Casey almost drops it, losing her breath...She brings it to her ear with trembling hands, saying nothing...listening, waiting...A long silence. And then.]
MAN: You should never say "Who's there?".Don't you watch scary movies? It's a death wish.[/size]
Casey Becker, a student of La Sorbonne was found with brutally murdered, holding a phone just outside her dorm room. The rest of the students and faculty Universitè de Sorbonne had no idea they were just about to delve into a deep abyss of danger and darkness. Everyone believed it to be a one time occurrence--out of the ordinary yes, but it wasn't like it was going to happen again. Sure, people watched where they were going, and made sure to double check those locked doors, but never did they believe the city of lights would so quickly change into a city of death.
Murders started taking over and with each came a new clue. Or rather, lack of clues. Some lived to tell the tale, and the one they told all had the same thing in common. It started out with a phone call...and then ended in a terrifying race against a masked figure to save their lives. Oddly enough, it seemed the 1997 Scream Trilogy was coming to life on the Parisian campus. But isn't that the same movie where only four people lived to tell the tale? Hmm...
So what about you? Do you think you can handle such a highly competitive school along with a killer on the loose? If you do decide to join the wild ride, you better fasten your seat belt and take a deep breath because drama never lacks in here; you never know tonight you might be the elite king or queen, tomorrow you might be nothing but a ghost. After all, aren't we simply as delicate as ashes and wine?
