Of all the things I have ever known,
Of all the Things I have ever seen,
I can't say I've seen everything,
In the end though I will learn,
That sometimes I know best!

Ravenna closed her eyes tighter as the suns rays shone down on her face, trying to sneak in the warmth and light of the new day. She turned slightyl, untidying the sheets she had worked hard to replace on the bed the night before. She didn't care right now.
She turned to her side now, hiding her fair face from the rays of the sun, wondering just what was up with the different time zones. Still, she hated this sleep pattern. She was so used to the pattern in America. It was awkward now, coming here and trying to adjust, trying to be a new person. She sighed slightly, as she kept her eyes shut, maybe her alarm clock wouldn't go off and that would be her excuse to miss waking up so early. It was a lovely Saturday moring, but to Ravenna quite frankly, she still believed it to be like a Friday night for the time.
She waited, keeping her eyes close, listening for the alarm clock, at least thinking up something to do. It was nice though to be able to do stuff like that, just lay there in the quietness of her room. She sighed once more now, still listening, now falling back asleep into her deep slumber.
She seemed to jump awake quite startled a little later as she heard the alarm clock ringing in her ears. How in the workd did it get beside her? She wondered, then looked up at the mess above her, it definately had to be her troublesome kitten. The little black cat always seemed to find trouble, but she still thought him to be adorable all the same.
She sighed. "Well, I guess that means I am up for the day. . ." She stretched her arms now a bit, looking at her messy room. She wondered for a moment if her mother or father would be home, but she remembered that they would be at work. She moved her legs off of the bed so her feet would now touch the cold floor. She felt a cool feeling ripple through her body when her feet seemed to touch the ground. She smiled for a moment, letting her lightening gaze look down at her side.
She rolled her crimson color eyes when she managed to get a glipse of herself in the mirror. She seemed to like like a complete and total idiot. Her hair seemed to be a mess, and her outfit seemed a bit ruffled and wrinkled from her tossing and turning in her sleep.
She stood to her feet now and paced over to her dresser. She took her delicate hand and extended it to the brass handle of the door, and she let her fingers close around it as she tugged it in her direction to open the drawer. She sifted through her clothes quite quickly, pulling out an outift that fit her mood and style for the day.
She put on a black tank top and pulled a slight shawl/pullover over it and wore a cute moe leather skirt that was black and that matched her gothic cross.
She smirked as she looked at herself in the mirror. She reached for a brush now. She entwined her fingers around the bottom part of it and sighed as she combed through her tangled crimson hair. She liked her appearance when she had finished, so now she decided to go out. Instead of wearing the normal shoes of most people, She put on knee-high boots that covered about half way of her black socks.
She exited her room now, anxious to leave the house. She grabbed the key for the house so she wouldn't lock herself out of it and locked the house before exiting and shutting the door behind her.
She decided for now to just try to ellude the fact that she was bored doing this she paced towards the school, annoyed at the thought of even going near the place but she stopped for a moment, gazing at the house she stood in front of, and of course, the maze. She saw the beautiful flowers. They seemed to come in all different variations, and breeds, and colors too. She couldn't help but stare.
At of her better judgement, she entered the property and the maze, following in anyway she could, looking around and smelling the lovely scents of the flowers. She was sure no one lived here, well, at least she had seen no one come in and out of this place. She shrugged slightly, now the idea coming to her mind as she stopped.
Her bright crimson eyes flashed with shock. Where in the world was she? She had no idea. She hadn't thought of making a path or anything of the sort. She closed her eyes. Would anyone ever find her? She got an idea, and had the thought oh well, if she were to be the one to get in trouble for trespassing. "Help!" she called aloud, feeling quite stupid.
Her voice was light and gently, but now her eyes flared. She hoped someone would be out there, if not she could be stuck there for forever, and that was what she definately did not ever want to happen. She tried once more, her call sounding a bit more feeble and unsure. "Is anyone there!? Help me if you are!" She rested her back against s bush sighing. "This is not my day, is it?" she asked herself, putting her head in her hands, her crimson hair moving a bit and covering her legs slightly.
