[color=darkblue"There will always be somebody there for you...whether it's a family member, a friend...Or a girlfriend...there's going to be somebody there for you."[/color]
Oh yeah, this was going to make him feel better, getting taught by a boy who wants catnip and sleeps on trees. Is this guy even human? What was his name again? Zane right? Well he surely wasn't Japanese with that kind of a name. So Seishou could relate to the fact that they both come from different countries but that was it. It was no enough to open up to the guy who was practically a stranger. The only reason why he wasn't a complete stranger was because they knew each others name. Other wise they were pretty much strangers who knew nothing of each other. Yet, this guy, like the girl seems to want to know about other people's problem. Besides, he already has someone who was going to be there for him, he has his only family member left, Clovis. Wasn't that good enough to survive? He was able to make it through with only one person to trust so far.
"Listen. . . I have no idea what your problem is. . . or if I could help for the matter, but. . . I'd like to try. . . even if I do fail in the end you'll be better off than you started knowing that you tried, and also that you gave me the chance, heck you might even become better friends with me or even Zane-san."
Yeah, that was what a lot of people would say. Of course he'll be better because she tried. What a lie. If he tells her and opens up, that would make him pretty much vulnerable. Besides, she was probably only doing this for one or two reasons. One she could be feeling bad about herself and so to make herself feel better, she wanted to help someone who was weaker than her in order to feel strong. If that was the case, the boy was not planning on being the weaker one. He was not that type of a person to want to be the weaker one. After all, who in the world would? Second of all, she could do this and then hang it over his head so she can use him as a tool later now. Now this one was a lot worse than the first one so it was a flat no. Why in the world would he owe someone a favor? It would just bother him later on the future if she tries to guilt-trip him.
"Even if you say no, I'll refuse that as an answer completely. And ask Zane, you'll keep running into me, I'm a bee you can't get rid off,"
Then what was the point in asking him if he doesn't get a choice? What kind of a girl is she? She was definitely not like Najika, that was for sure. His expression didn't change though as he sat there. He was able to resist rolling his eyes at her though, which was quite amazing seeing how immature and nosy she was. Besides, why does she care? She still haven't exactly answered all of his questions, not that he needed them to be answered that is. Still, if what she say is true, then that means that he was going to have to say something. He didn't want a stalker who would find out that he lives two lives which is why one of them would sometime be an enemy to a person but when he is on his other life, he could be friends with them. Having a double life was surely stranger like that.
He sat there for a moment and saw the girl, Raveena confiscate cat boy's cat nip. They were obviously close, that it was like their siblings or something but that would be strange seeing that one had blue hair and the other had red. It would simply not sum it up at all but yet the possibility was still there. No, right now was not the time to think about that. He has to make sure that he can think of a lie or some way to get around this girl. How about the fact that he was poor? With this attire...no way. What about how he is missing a cat or dog? That would be good and in the end he can say that it died, recently. Yeah, that sounded like a good lie, kids his age are quite emotional after all. Okay then, this trick just might work, depending on if she can see through him or not. Of course, he was praying no though. Next step was to name the dog. Name...name...name...Poochi? Yeah, why not go with that?
"My dog..." he began as he looked down so that the strands would bock his eyes."Poochi died a month ago. He was such a good dog, always there when I was down." so far so good. Coming up with lies on the spot really was his forte.]"He got ran over by a drunk driver. I kept on staying with him until the police came as I cried. People gathered all around us and it was scary. I was feeling down but Poochi didn't do anything. It just laid there, bleeding and I couldn't stop it. I tried and tried but there was just so much blood. When the police came, it already died." and that was the end of story. He silently prayed that she bought it. He was not planning on making a lie after lie after lie, that would be far too bothersome. Yes...very far too bothersome.
"So no one can bring him back." he stated and the next thing he knew, tears were coming down from his eyes. His mind flashing with the images of his mother when she had died in a car crash."Things that are lost can never be regained. The dead can never come back to life." he mumbled to himself. That was the thing that he had learned at her death. His family had been lost along with himself since that day...and so those things can never be gained back. He can no longer be the happy Leon who just wished for toys, games, and friends. No, now he was the Leon that had to earn those things alone. After all, his innocence was lost that day.
