Cultural Festival{Event}

[Seijun]

School's been opening up for people to come in once again for the Cultural festival. People are packing up to play games and having fun. Each and every room is filled with some kind of activities. There are rooms that do a dating service and rooms that are for reading. There is even a room of a B-rated movie made by the school just for this event. The cafeteria is turned into a cafe while the auditorium has transformed into an auction room for those who wants to buy something in order to give the school some money.

Outside, the gates have a welcome banner and kids are lining up for games. Each and every one of them having some kind of prize to offer from plush toys to pet fish. There is also a stage for those who wants to sing to get the school some money, although the popular group of girls have been hogging it up for a while. With the event of the school, packs of people are coming in whether they go to the school or not.In this kind of a crowd, the Kaijuus definitely can not take a chance being seen when they transform now can they? What events will unfold at this festival? We'll have to wait and see.

[Zane Kaijuu]

Why did he choose to come to the Cultural Fest at his school? The reason was random really. Zane Kaijuu wasn't really into the whole 'school spirit' thing. It always took time out of his day...which means, he doesn't get as long of a cat nap as usual. Alright, his life was really dull...even if he was a cursed member of the family.

Zane stood at the gate to the Cultural Fest, debating on whether or not he just wanted to climb some tree and sleep or something. He couldn't take the chance of getting angry, which would be a very low chance, but still...there's always that possibly of a transformation...

Zane sighed and slipped through the gate, watching all the attractions curiously. Really curiously...curiosity killed the cat you know...He sighed again and looked up at the sky. "What am I going to do...maybe I'll try to catch a fish..mmm...fish." he murmured. He sure loved fish.

It was Seijun's first time to go to school for about...well, almost a year. The last time he's been here was when Kyuuka had finished school, and complained enough to get him to go to school to pick her up. The family wasn't really happy about it though because of the fact that they didn't like him being in public at all. That was why he had to sneak out, in the end though, the maids beat him up for that, of course he never showed it to his sister. She had enough to worry as it was. Since she had school,work,friends, and then there was the fact that she had to deal with their mother who doesn't remember anything about the boy. It was strange though, how his mother remembers nothing about him, but yet his sister still kept her memory. He didn't really questioned it though and simply accepted it as a gift of some kind.

Still...right now, he was lost. His sister had ran off somewhere and left him to walk in the school building. He could had wait outside for her, but he felt safer to go inside, so he's been walking around in the hall lately. He would peek in to see if there was anyone or not. Usually there's no one there, or it was packed full of people. School was so strange to him, that he felt like some outsider. Maybe it was because everyone here is with a friend, while right now he was lost and alone. That, or it could be another one of Kyuuka's outfit that she had made him. She wanted him to look like a king to build some confidence about him stating that 'the clothes made the man'. So, what was the reason for that fact that he felt embarrassed and even have lower self esteem because of this outfit? It stood out way too much!

Eh? In the middle of his thoughts, someone grabbed his arm and pulled him in. The next thing, he knew, he was sitting on a desk in front of a girl. She had long raven black hair and crystal blue eyes that reminded him of the sky. She was wearing the school's uniform, or at least that was what it appeared to be. He could never tell, seeing that Kyuuka never comes home with the uniform but always in one of her outfits, she's even proud about that as she doesn't feel like she is a clone. He would always softly chuckle at that, which seems to make her happy. Although, right now, he was frantically looking around to see if he can get some clue. Ignorance was a bliss though as he found a sign that stated 'the dating table'. He felt his heart sink at those words. He turned his head to stare at the girl who was smiling. He lightly smiled back, nervous about this date. For some reason he felt like his sister had gotten him into this which was why he was looking around for any signs of her, only to find none.

"So what's your name? What's your hobby? What's your favorite dish? Animal? Color?"

The fox, got startled by all of her questions, that he wasn't so sure on when she would let him answer it. Hopefully, soon as he doesn't want it to pile up. He sat there though, and looked down onto his knees, praying that his sister would find him or that this was all just a dream. Although, he doubt it would ever be the case. "I'm, Kaijuu, Seijun. I like to read,I don't have a favorite dish, I like every animals and the color green." he stated, obviously nervous as he was sitting up straight. He felt forced into place right now. He wasn't so sure what was worse, this or Hachimata. Well, right now he was still leaning towards Hachimata though. This girl seems to like to talk like his sister, except she talked a lot more and it was scaring him. Not enough for him to transform though...thank god.

[Satomi Kaijuu]

Satomi stood at the entrance of the festival bored as always. There was nothing to do here. It was always the same every year. No new rides, games, nothing. "Why did I even come here today?" Satomi asked himself as he paid for his ticket and entered through the gates. "Nothing interesting will happen thats for sure. I should of brought my book." Satomi thought sighing slightly as he thought of Twilight his favorite book.

Satomi wasn't paying attention as he walked forward to go find something to do. He was still thinking. He snapped out of it when he bumped into someone. "Oh sorry." Satomi said snapping out of his daze and seeing who he bumped into. It was his cousin Zane. "Oh, hey Zane." Satomi said to his cousin even though he knew how Zane would react. You see Zane doesn't like Satomi because Satomi is the dog and Zane is the cat. "Wow he looks sexy today." Satomi thought looking at Zane's light navy blue hair and bright golden eyes.

[Zane Kaijuu]

Zane stumbled foreward slightly when he was bumped into, but being the Nekotama, he was graceful and balanced, so he managed to stay upright. He turned around, tilting his head slightly and forced a nervous smile. "Umm...hello, Satomi-san..." he murmured, balancing on the balls of his feet as if at any moment he would run. Dogs freaked him out...and add Satomi to the mix made it even worse.

Zane stepped back a few steps away from Satomi, at what he thought would be a relatively safe difference. "Satomi-san...what brings you here?" he asked, his eyes glancing around for a measure of escape. The guy scared him after all. Anyway he could escape was okay with him.

[Satomi Kaijuu]

Satomi saw that Zane was acting how he always did around Satomi. Like he was gonna run as soon as he got the chance. It amused Satomi. "Oh, you know had nothing to do really bored at the main house." Satomi said as he smirked at Zane. "What about you?" Satomi said as he saw that Zane was looking for a distraction so he could make his escape. Oh, but Satomi wasn't going to let him do that. He was actually having fun for once and he didn't want his fun to end so quickly. Satomi rarely had fun anyways. He would mess with him only a little bit longer. Then he would let him go hide or whatever.

[Zane Kaijuu]

"Boredom..." Zane said quickly, his eyes peering everywhere looking for a place to escape. Or even a tree...a tree would be lovely...he could perch up there and be safe. Unless Satomi could climb trees...that would be bad. "That's the main reason I came myself...I was bored...and not tired." he said..

Zane slipped back another few steps, trying to find the quickest route away from Satomi. Not only was he the Five-tailed Dog, but he was also just plain...creepy. "I'll just be going now...I want to catch one of those fish...I'm hungry anyway." he said, trying to make up an excuse to get away. Though, he really DID want a fish.

[Satomi Kaijuu]

"Ah." Satomi said not really listening to what Zane said. He was watching his movements closely making sure Zane could not escape easily. "Oh, I'll help you." Satomi said a grin cracking on his face. Zane wasn't getting away from him. "It will be faster if we both try." Satomi said moving a step closer to Zane. "I wonder what he'll say." Satomi wondered as he stared at Zane. "Maybe he'll run or something. Now that would be interesting." Satomi thought as he pictured the scene in his head.

[Zane Kaijuu]

"No...no...I'm good...I don't need help. Cats can catch fish, that means I can too." Zane said lightly, forcing a smile. How was he going to get away from this creepy dog...how....He blinked lightly, glancing behind him, hoping that an opening in the crowd would appear...then he could just...take off running. Find a tree...climb it. Wait...Satomi had thumbs...he could follow him up the tree...maybe. He sighed. "Umm...I'll just...be..umm...going...now...good....bye...now..." he said, blushing before he turned abruptly and then took off running through an opening in the crowd he had spotted. He was light on his feet and quick, like a cat of course.

Entering the school Tsubaki held her Violin case tightly at her side walking quietly down the hall. Passing a few Student council member when they realized who she was they stood up straight and greeted her. “Good morning Miss Kaiju!” They saluted in a funny matter. She was a first year so it was somewhat strange for her to be greeted in such a way by third years. She smiled kindly and greeted them back now walking faster down the hall. She hated getting that kind of attention from the Student Council members. She was never sure if they were joking around or just seriously afraid of her because of her older cousins. Yes… The Kaiju family isn’t known for their kindness but she tried her best to make up for that gap.

Looking down the hall she saw the flash of golden eyes that always made her feel funny. Zane the Nekotama of the family. He’s somewhat the “pretty Boy” of the family but he was a such a scardey cat (no pun intended) when it came to the dog. Satomi. After blinking a few times she realized that the thing talking to Zane was Satomi. So he isn’t as scared as I thought…. Cute. She blushed when she realized her own thoughts. Satomi-kun! She called and ran down the hall. Satomi was just about her favorite cousin. He was so… she couldn’t really describe him properly she just thought he was so free and funny it was hard not to like him.

You know Zane-kun nervous eating isn’t healthy. She joked and smiled a little as she set down her large red violin case before she approached him properly. She hugged Satomis arm and laughed. She actually hated how small she seemed compared to the rest of her family. Just because she was the bird she had to be small and agile. Who wanted to be a fat bird. The thought of it gave Tsubaki the chills. Being only about 5’3 she looked like she should still be in Junior High.

[Satomi Kaijuu]

"Okay....." Satomi said as he watched Zane suffer. "He wants to get away from me that badly?" Satomi said as he looked at the forced smile on Zanes face and heard his excuses. "If your sure." Satomi said to Zane as he heard Zane's final goodbye. "Wow he ran." Satomi said as he started laughing till it hurt. "Maybe I should go after him.....No I won't he might transform. I'll "accidently" bump into him later." Satomi thought as he looked at the place where Zane ran off to. Satomi sighed he was bored again. Satomi turned as he heard his name being called. It was Tsubaki. She was one of his favorite cousins. They were best friends and she was one of the only ones who really liked him for who he was. "But Zane is so much fun to mess with." Satomi said as he laughed with Tsubaki. "I just can't help it." Satomi said as he grinned at Tsubaki who was hugging his arm. Naturally he hugged her back. "Hey whats up?" Satomi asked Tsubaki when they were done saying hello.

[Zane Kaijuu]

Zane sighed in relief, grateful to have escape from Satomi. That dog seriously creeped him out...in more ways that just one. He heaved another sigh of relief and skidded to a stop. "Umm..alright...now where did I wind up..." he mused lightly. He peered behind him, smiling brightly. "Good...he didn't chase me..." he said, putting his hands in his pockets. "That's good..."

"Now...what to do..." Zane asked the air. "Oh yeah! Catching those fish! Mmm...fish...I think I'll eat it when I get home...and maybe I'll buy some catnip on the way home too..." he mused lightly, closing his eyes. "Catnip...love it." he said. "Now...off to the fishes!" he said happily, heading off into what direction he thought the fishing was...

[+Tsubaki+]

Nothing their making me perform for the senior class. She gave a sigh and let go of her cousins arm. As she flicked a strand a strand of loose pink hair out of her face she pouted at the thought of performing in the Senior A class’s café. If she wasn’t such a good person she would have turned the secretary down when he had asked her but she just couldn’t say no to these kinds of things. Especially since a senpai asked her. What a sucker she thought of herself.

As she watched Zane run off before they could actually talked she was a bit disappointed. He was though unknowingly probably the only cousin hat could make her feel the way she did when she was around him. Not like it really mattered the last thing she needed was to perform and give of a lovey feeling to seniors. Like she wanted to see anyone making out or anything. No she was still seemingly innocent and she wanted it to stay that way. Satomi-kun try to control yourself especially today we don’t need anyone transforming in the hallways. I know it’s fun to tease him but… she trailed off not knowing what else she could say without giving anything away.

She thought of Satomis hug and mentally put the memory in a box. Her box of good memories. Of normal family memories that she knew weren’t fake. Being the Parliamentarian of the High School was a larger feat that she had imagined when she asked the President for the job. She didn’t think that these people would be so sappy about things in their life. Though she had to remember that not everyone could have the shield of coldness her family possessed. She looked to the side to make sure her violin was still there and no one walked away with it.

Tsubaki was thought of as a really nice person that could make anyone open up to her. She had just about the same effect the Kaku did on people though Tsubaki’s victims told her knowingly. School was usual the last thing on this girls mind but recently with this new human girl that was living in the Kaiju estate she tried her best to stay clear of her or else Isonade would probably hand her by her wings until she shut up. She again shivered at the horrible thought of the shark trying to eat her. Which of course wouldn’t really happen. Isonade wasn’t that.i[ uncontrollable.

[Satomi Kaijuu]

"Aw that sounds so boring." Satomi said as he scrunched his face up in a way of joking disgust. He got close enough to
Tsubaki to where his lips were at her ear. "I won't transform. I don't like Zane that way you know that. I won't ever have a crush on him or anyone for that matter until this curse breaks." Satomi said low enough that only Tsubaki could hear him. Satomi felt sad as he said that. He knew to he would probably never love anyone like that. People would think he was a freak if they knew his secret just like his mother did. Satomi stepped back from Tsubaki and forced a smile on his face trying to hide his pain. "So what do you want to do?" Satomi asked Tsubaki as he looked around for something that looked slightly interesting.

[Zane Kaijuu]

"Awwww...I missed the fishy..." Zane said with a sigh as the little net thing broke. "These things are always rigged..." he muttered underbreath. "I'd be better off buying a fish at a pet store...or going fishing myself..." he said, setting the broken net down. "I'm almost out of money anyway..." he muttered, this latest attempt at fishing having epically failed...like the other six tries....He rose to his feet, stuck his hands in his pockets in defeat.

Zane wandered off from the fishing place, now hungry and defeated. "I'm bored..." he said after a moment. He hung his head in defeat. "Stupid fishing...it's always jacked...then again...it is justified I suppose...if everybody won every time, there would be no more fish..." he told himself, then brightened. "It just wasn't my lucky day!"

"And now...where am I going? Didn't I just come from this way when I was running from...yeah...I did..." Zane said, having now noticed he wound up where he had started...near Satomi and now Tsubaki, well, he liked Tsubaki...maybe that was because she was a bird and he was a cat? "Tsubaki-san..." he murmured softly.
