Personality: Despite his small age, Touketsu is actually very intelligent and can easily tell when to make his move or when to simply let it pass. He also knows a lot of things that most kids his age doesn't know, although most of it is financing. It's hard to fool him also thanks to the fact that with his intelligence, he knows where to get the truth and where to avoid if it's lies. He views the idea of business almost like a game of chess or monopoly, you have to know when to strike, when to cut your losses and when to buy stuff. Most adults don't know this when they first hear his name as he is just a kid. Once they get to know him though, they tend to over estimate his abilities because of how he can get information.
Very quiet, he doesn't talk much. He rather not talk and let his butler do the talking for him. Thanks to this, not a lot of people try to get near him because they think that he is weird. Actually, many people even think the kid is mute because he doesn't talk that much. He doesn't see the reason why he should talk, if people most likely won't even listen to him thanks to the fact that he is young. Which is why, he always have his butler do it for him, also, his butler as the charisma he needs when it comes to ideals. After all, he can come up with ideas easily, but when it comes to persuading people, he simply can't do it at all. Since, well, he isn't really a people person so he can't make much of a connection with them.
He is very elegant like most nobles in England and has pride in it. He can do things that most kids can't do, including being able to ballroom dance with girls. Although, they have to be his height or else, he would most likely, step on their foot while he is trying to keep them at eye level.
Believe it or not, the boy is quite self-conscious about his height. He hates it when he sees a girl that is taller than him, that is unless it is a woman. in order to get rid of the idea, he wears a top hat, to make himself feel taller along with dress shoes for men. When someone calls him short, or even give hints of it, he doesn't say anything. Although, that doesn't mean that he isn't secretly planning on getting revenge by making you bankrupt or something in his mind. Also, he tends to either look away or glare that the person as they talk about it.
Around his friends, he talks like a normal kid. Well, that is if you take out the fact that he doesn't use any form of slang, and that he doesn't use suffixes. This might be due to the fact that, he is born in England and not Japan, so he isn't exactly used to it. He does talk to them warmly and tries to make sure that they are alright. He is quite protective of them, although he doesn't show it. Whenever they notice it and ask him though, he yells at them stating that he is not like that and simply make up some kind of excuse.
One of his favorite past time other than being a manager is reading. He likes to read classic books from England. Some of them tend to be fairy tales with a dark ending though. He likes reading sad endings rather than a happy one, as to him, life never has a happy ending, so the dark endings are always more realistic. Besides, dark endings always makes it unexpected which is the fun part, especially if the main character turns out to become the thing he hates the most. Irony in books, are always the funnest part to the boy.
A second known favorite hobby of his is playing any form of card or board games. He can play poker, black jack, chess, checkers, monopoly, mahjong and many other games. He love playing games like this because economy is just one big game that everybody plays whether they are the pieces or the masters of the game. Besides, what kid doesn't like board games and card games?
Touketsu, is like other kids when it comes to food, he loves sweats of any kind. The sweater the flavor the better, although for some reason he hates sugar cookies calling it far too childish. No one really did understand why, but they don't really care. He doesn't really know why either, but just like the rest of the people in his house, he simply accepts it for what it is.
His relationship with his parents are very bad as he hates both of them. That is why he doesn't want to inherit his father's cafe nor does he want to even see his father. As much as he hates his father though, he hates his step-mother even more for replacing his real mother. He never gives her a chance, and whenever the two talk, he always yells at her. There are even times, when he tries to slap her, but is stopped by his butler.

Touketsu, has a Japanese appearance when it comes to his hair color. The hair, a dark teal green that shines in the florescent light of the sun. The hair is quite long though in the front as many of the strands go past his eyes. It's also not cut right as it is in a jagger like motion. The back though, is very neat and only goes down to the half point of his neck. His hair tends to have a top hat on him so that he doesn't feel short which is why, he doesn't really care much that his hair isn't cut right since his hat would just keep it in place. Although, when he doesn't have a hat, or a hood, he would neatly come it so that all the long strands would go to his right eye which is covered by an eye patch.
His eyes, are quite different from his hair. It's a deep color of blue that can be compared to both the ocean and the sky. When under the sun, it looks like the ocean in the summer as it usually shimmers under the sunlight. Although rarely, can someone notice this thanks to his hat blocking the sunlight. They tend to only see it to be almost like the sky a little after the sun has set. Not completely dark, but still dark yet at the same time, still light enough that you can tell what color it is. His right eye has a special marking to it, thanks to contacts giving his right eye, a pentagram trapped in a circle with diamonds surrounding the barricade. This is something he does, as he is known in the family to have this eye, whenever he wants to avoid being grouped with his father, he would put an eye patch over it and say that he has lost his right eye. The eye patch can be from anything, medical eye patch to black eye patches.
His clothes, are very expensive and neat, with all of them being some kind of suit. They tend to be black suits with a white dress shirt under it, but on special occasion such as dances, he would wear a dark blue suit that matches his eye. His dress shirt, would have a ribbon tied in the middle though. When he is in public school, he would wear the school uniform and around his friends he would wear what most normal kids would wear. Although, no matter where he goes, he always carry a cane because his body was weak.
History: Touketsu was born in England, during a winter storm that causes his mother to give birth to him at home. After so long though, she finally was able to give birth to him. His mother, being Japanese, wanted him to be named Touketsu meaning snow as he was born during snow. His father though, did not want such a name to disgrace his family, named him Leon, which according to the man was a more fitting name as he would have to be strong to be the had of the family.
Growing up, his dad would always be strict with his lesson. He would not be allowed to eat until he finishes a three section of each text book forcing him to learn quicker. His mother on the other hand, would always be kind and caring for him. Whenever he cries she would make him feel better with her gentle words and touch. That was why, he had always preferred his mother over his father. To him, she was more like a real parent then his dad ever was. His dad, though didn't care one bit and only married his wife in order to get a son.
At the age of ten though, his mother was killed in a car accident. He couldn't accept the news, and ran towards the accident when he had heard it from the maids. They tried to stop him but was simply still too much in shock just like the boy to have enough time to stop him. When he had made it to the scene though, he saw so much blood that he screamed, kneeling down onto the ground. Quickly, a hand covered in white glove covered his eye. The man was actually his uncle from his father side, name Clovis. This man, later on became his butler, as he felt that the boy would need someone to watch over him, seeing that his father wouldn't and his mother was gone from this world.
A month later, his father remarried to a woman named Elizabeth. This of course, angered the boy as he claimed that the man only married her to make it look like he had a great family. Ironically though, he had actually loved Elizabeth, and when he found that out, he pushed the two away even more. He will never, let the two get near him and felt that his real family was his uncle and his dead mother. This of course, hurt his father, when he stared into the boy's eyes.
The year after that, he moved to Japan with his father and stepmother. There, he went into public school as he refused to have his father pay for him. Wanting to get his own money, he set out into the world of economy. One day, he found an idol and saw how much money she was making. That gave him and idea and so he used his money to host a contest for a girl to become an idol. The winner was none other than Najika Mizuno. His life continued normally, as he becomes a manager, with him living two lives. One as Leon and the other as Seishou Touketsu.
