Curse: Isonade- Isonade is the most monster like of the Kaijuu family and has been known to go into frenzies when it craves blood. It grants who ever posses it all of the senses of a shark including the sharks ability to sense movement through electromagnetic fields. Noko usually transforms when ever he begins to experience bloodlust and it is possible for him to transform by forcing himself into a frenzy, which isn’t always the smartest idea.
Personality:Noko is a very misunderstood individual. For much of his life he has been shunned from his family due to the beast that resides within him. The emotional pain that this has caused him has forced the usually happy shark to build up walls around his heart. By doing this he created two different personalites, not in the sense that he has a split personality but that he had to create another to hide his true feelings. On the outside Noko comes across as a very angry individual who wants nothing more but for them to “Leave [him] the hell alone!” Internally though Noko is miserable about his current situation. When ever he allows himself to act like his true self you can usually hear crying coming from his room. Not many people have ever confronted him about why he cries, but if one were to ask their answer would be silence followed by more tears.
Noko’s external personality comes of as being somewhat of a jerk. While he doesn’t wear a constant scowl like most people would he seems to give of this aura of hate and contempt that warns others not to come near him. This aura doesn’t always work though and people often do approach him, usually other males who feel like they’re being challenged. If the person that approaches him is male Noko will usually start a fight with them but if the person is female Noko tends to only start verbal fights, which he usually loses. Very few things can force Noko to remove this mask, unless he chooses to do so. But if you are able to embarrass him the mask usually starts to crumble.
Internally Noko is a very kind hearted young man who seems to be a bit of an air head. While his mask is down he wants nothing more but to be accepted by his family and to be able to make friends with others who are not part of the family. In a lot of ways Noko’s real personality is much different from his other. While the external one will usually start a fight over the smallest things Noko usually ends up crying instead. While he was younger he was one of the more sensitive members of the Kaijuu family and because he was so distant from the others he never really got over this over sensitivity. When he is not depressed Noko usually has a wide grin on his face. His aura of hate is replaced by one of warmth that invites others to share his happiness.
There is another reason why Noko created the mask. Because of how emotionally weak he is while showing his true self it is much easier for Isonade to take control of him. Once he is taken over by his animal the bloodlust Noko usually feels is increased ten fold and he becomes a raging monster who wants nothing more than to bleed everything around him dry. Not many things can calm down this rabid animal except for overexertion or tasting enough blood to satisfy his hunger. As stated above Noko constantly lust for blood but he can usually suppress this urge. In a sense its kind of like mental anemia, his mind thinks that he needs the blood. Anything from blood itself to the color red can trigger an increase in bloodlust. This hunger for blood is what Noko considers the real curse.
Noko’s attitude toward Najika, or the girl as she has been dubbed by some of the family, is strange. Because she’s the only way he can escape his fate of being trapped in a cage he is very protective over her to the point were it would seem as if he has feelings for her. He treats her better than any other person he knows, no matter what personality he’s currently using. No one really knows why but Noko thinks that its because he wants to make Najika’s last year of freedom her best. He rarely says no to her which often leads to strange situations.

His skin is virtually flawless due to how much time he spends in the pool with blemishes only showing up every few weeks or so, but those disappear within a few days time. His face is very angular in shape giving him a feminine appearance. From far away many people often confuse him for a girl. He has large ocean blue eyes that seem to always dart around as if they are seeing everything for the first time. While many people would agree that Noko is attractive there is one physical trait that turns of many people. While most people’s teeth are rectangular Noko’s are shaped more like triangles, like many sharks. His teeth are razor sharp and he cuts his tongue on a weekly basis.
Noko stands at about five eleven and has a athletic build. His body is covered in dense lean muscle that is both for show and functional. His time on the swim team has given him large amounts of stamina. He has larger than usual hands that allow him to push more water than others behind him giving him an advantage while swimming. On his abnormally large hands there are a few scars that resemble bit marks. When ever he becomes stressed he often bites his hands and because of his shark like teeth he tends to break the skin resulting in new scars and a trip to the hospital. Clothing wise Noko usually dresses in tight fitting shirts and jeans set off with a jacket of some sort. While attending school he wears the school uniform that is provided for him.
When Noko turns into his animal form he becomes a massive Great white shark with three powerful tails. He is close to twenty feet in length and weighs over four thousand pounds making him the largest animal in his family and the most dangerous, at least in the water. He poses all of the killer traits that Great whites do in this form. Noko posses all of the great white’s senses in either form including it’s ability to sense the electromagnetic field that is produced when animals move. This means that Noko it is virtually impossible to surprise Noko.
History:
Noko was born as the Isodane and from the day of his birth he was shunned by many of the members of the Kaijuu family. His parents attempted to make his life as happy as they were able to but it didn’t work to well. Since the age of two Noko was able to tell that others shied away from him and when his teeth started coming in even his parents started to fear their son. The child teethed on what ever he was able to and people were careful not to have their hands in face. The first drop of blood he tasted were only days after he gained his two front teeth. His mother had just placed him in his playpen and got distracted by an incoming call. She placed her hand on the edge of the playpen but only for a few moments. That was enough time for the two year old Noko to reach up and bite down on hew index finger.
His teeth had cut into her finger and had completely removed it. The woman screamed in pain and terror. Her husband and some other family members came running when they found the boy biting on the finger and the fleshy stump on his wife’s hand. No one was brave enough to approach the boy and remove the finger so all they could do was take his mother to the hospital. No one stayed to watch him and his parents never came back to the Kaijuu manner. No knows were exactly where they went, after they left the hospital the two just never came back home. The family took in Noko and they cared for him but it never felt as if they loved him. Time passed and he watched as the other children of his generation grew and played with each other while he was usually by himself.
When he was seven he tried to get more attention by becoming the resident cry baby. He would start sobbing over the smallest thing such as dropping his ice cream or someone pushing him. Sadly this didn’t work and the others began to ignore his crying. Noko began to build up his outer personality around this time. Now that no one listened to him cry he thought they would listen to the sound of him fighting others. He would lash out at the others over the smallest things and he often left other children beaten and battered. The Head of the Kaijuu family eventually put a stop to these out burst and again Noko was ignored.
At school he was rather unpopular because of his volatile personality. Other children stayed away from him and he usually sat at the back. His teachers often stated he did only the bare minimum to get by with a C average. Time went on and no one bothered to do anything until Noko reached his last year of junior high. His gym teacher noticed how the boy kept to himself and decided to help him. One day when Noko got into a fight with another student in gym class the gym teacher, Mr.O, broke it up. Instead of sending Noko to the principal Mr.O told Noko that if he joined the swim team he would over look this fight.
Noko reluctantly joined the team. Although he loved swimming the idea of being on a team was unappealing. As soon as Noko ran his first practice Mr.O it was obvious that he was possibly the best swimmer in Kaibara middle school. When the first meet came up Noko showed everyone in the school how at home he was in the water by placing first in practically every event. Eventually he became the star of the swimming team. When every he came out to swim he could hear everyone chant his name as if he was the most important person in their world. He let his fans replace the loved ones he should’ve had.
It didn’t take long for Noko to realize that the fans would only love him if he kept winning. After confronting one of his family members they told him that if he lost his fans wouldn’t love him anymore. He told them that they were wrong and that they would love him even if he lost…They didn’t. Noko through one of the meets he went to and afterward no one paid attention to him anymore and some people booed him. He quit the swim team and life became normal again. That was until he turned sixteen and the Head told him about the cage.
Once Noko found out he was filled with so much anger and hate. His lust for blood rose at a moments notice for no apparent reason. He transformed more often than usual and he spent much of his time in the ocean near the Kaijuu manner. He mostly ate whatever poor creature came his way but one day he smelled other sharks in his territory and the blood of a human. He swam after them as quickly as he could and when he arrived he saw several sharks circling a girl. He chased after them and gave the biggest a warning bite. Immediately the sharks swam away and Noko turned his tail…Tails to the girl. He felt good that he had been able to save one life before he was locked up and returned back home. The girl followed him however and watched him turn. He was going to go to head and tell the story about how the girl saw him but instead he was given a deal. If he could get the girl into the cage that was made for him of her own free will he would be allowed to stay apart of the outside world. Now Noko is conflicted between allowing the girl to take his place in the cage, protecting himself, or running away from his family just as his parents had run from him.

Almost as soon as the ragtag group of students, dubbed the League of Extraordinary Rejects by Aiden, boarded the helicopter to New York Aiden turned on his mp3 player and donned his over sized headphones. For the past few hours Aiden switched between listening to Suzu and then going back to his music. For a majority of the trip though the boy had kept his eyes closed, his feet tapping to the beat of the song he was currently listening to. Aiden would've continued listening to his music if Suzu hadn't caught his attention and instructed him to look out the window. The iron maiden removed his headphones and then followed his Meister's instructions. It was then that Aiden was filled with dear.
While other members of the team were worried about the disease that was being spread about Aiden wasn't to concerned about it.No, the only thing Aiden was concerned about was the large bodies of water surrounding New York on three of its sides. "Wa-wa-wa-water." He said under his breath as he noticed all of the water that surrounded Brooklyn. He than gulped as he realized that he was only a little more than two miles away from a large river. He gulped as he turned his gaze back toward the other members.
"Yeah Suzu, I'm excited for it." He said half heartedly as he rested his head against the headrest and sighed. He turned his attention back toward his music. Here's a middle finger comin' straight from Oca L.A. We appreciate your judgments but we can't trust the words you say. He was able to calm himself down somewhat as he zoned out. While most of the team was apparently caught of guard by the chopper's landing Aiden had luckily braced himself, only because he expected to crash land in the Hudson River. He was the fifth out of the helicopter.
As the cold air hit him he was reminded of his younger years in northern Illinois. Luckily all of those years in the cold had taught him how to dress. Beneath his patchwork hoodie he wore a tank-top, an obscure band t-shirt, and a long sleeve shirt. Underneath his pants he wore his pajama pants. Aiden marched across the bluff, his black combat boots making crunching noises as he walked through the snow. "Reminds me of home." He said as he watched his warm breath float upward. He was prepared to sit on the snowy bluff and look over Hell's Kitchen.
When he heard Benjamin call a "team meeting" and Suzu calling for him he shut off his mp3 player and stood by them. He stood to Suzu's right and listened to Sir Essex's speech. Aiden already found him strange, the first time he met him he was covering his parts with a hat, but he seemed like the kind of person who would put together a plan. Thats when Aiden began to start classifying the members of the League of Extraordinary Rejects.
