Ravenna is your normal teenage girl. She can be quite a clutz, and is definately your typical cutie. She is a very friendly individual, and quite frankly is very easy to take advantage of. She doesn't like to read and is more quiet and shy, but to her friends, or anyone who knows her well, she is a natural spazz.
She doesn't care much for sports that you can get really dirty from, but is the one of the quickest girls in school on the track team. She gets depressed when others are, and symapthizes with others very easily.
Ravenna tends to be very curious, and is very ambitious, and never backs down on a promise, no matter how stupid it is. She can be quite gullible, but repels the stupidity of most of those acts from how cute she is. She also likes manga and anime, though she doesn't tell others about it because she's embarrassed about what they might think about her. Also, she is embarrassed eaily, and tends to blush a lot around others.

Ravenna is a tall girl about the size of a normal girl of 16. She is quite thin, but not thin enough to be called anorexic, just thin enough to fit the image of pretty.
She has long flowing crimson red hair that cascades down her back, and fierce, crimson colored eyes filled with intrigue and hope. She wears normally her school uniform in school with a gothic cross pendant around her neck, which is bound by a chain. She sometimes is seen wearing a hat, but usually something cute that matches her outfit, and usually wears long knee-high socks, usually multi~colored socks.

Ravenna was born into the Sohma family when she was little. Her parents were happy to find that she wasn't cursed and wasn't a "monster" like the members who were. They didn't want her to quite frankly hate her family, they just moved so Ravenna would never have to see them.
She grew up for most of her life in America where her parents had moved so she couldn't possibly ever meet the other Sohma's. When the curse was finally broken though, her parents had made plans for her to move back to Japan where she had been born originally. She had to leave all of her friends in America to return to meet her family.
She of course never knew of their curse, and it was all supposed to be a secret. Ravenna had first smiled after a long time when she was reunited with her true family. She had come to Japan and for a while had tried to make an image for herself that was different from her normal shy self.
Ravenna now attends school, trying to find a way to fit in still, for she still believes that she doesn't fit in and doesn't belong, though she wishes that she would find someone out there who would truly understand her, and find true love as well. She continues to send letters to her friends in America, and enjoys frequent visits to her relatives.

Ravenna sighed slightly as she rolled her eyes slightly. Why in the world did everything seem so messed up anymore. She had lived the perfect, and not to mention normal life of any kid in America, but now she had arrived in Japan.
True, it was her home, and the place of her birth. It didn't take too long for her to realize that she probably wouldn't fit in very well in Japan. She was quite a sheltered child of course. For that was the reason she wasn't able to see her other family members until recently.
She had to wonder though, what exactly was the real reason why she had never been able to see them before? She shrugged the thought off after a moment, closing her eyes now and listening to the noise of her surroundings. She let a smile curl gently onto her lips now as her eyelids covered her crimson colored eyes.
She knew quite well that they were unusual. She had always known that. and her hair too, though she seemed to like it pretty well. She twisted a strand of her hair in her fingertips as she kept her eyes closed now, humming lightly a tune she had recently made up. She loved to sing, just not in front of others. It was a definate fact that she froze up when singing in front of live audiences. She smiled a bit more now. "I think I can fit in well here," she murmured a bit quietly to herself, pressing her finger to her lips in thought. She grinned. "I wonder. . . . will anyone be nice to me. . . and," she blushed now. "Will there be any cute boys there." She shook her head now. Impossible! She certainly couldn't let herself think like that, at least not right now. She sighed now as she approached the school, having walked the long distance to get there.
She sighed, reaching out her hand for the doors handel, then pullling her hand back for a moment, she felt herself tremble with unease and nervousness as this tendion seemed to be spreading. It took her a few moments, but she had finally opened the door, and was now in the building.
